Ingredients:

½ cup moong dal

1 tbsp ghee

½ tsp mustard seeds

½ tsp cumin seeds

Pinch of hing

1 chopped green chili
-
1 chopped tomato

½ tsp turmeric
-
Salt to taste

Lemon juice & coriander
Instructions:

Rinse and boil dal with turmeric until soft.

In a pan, heat ghee. Add mustard, cumin, hing, and chili.

Add tomato, sauté briefly.

Mix in the cooked dal and salt. Simmer 5–7 mins.

Add lemon juice and coriander before serving.
